After the purchase is complete, in-game you will type: /claim “Your@emailaddress.com” – Make sure to put your email address inside quotes, like shown. Also, you must use whatever email address PayPal has on file for you. If you have trouble with the /claim command, you may /calladmin and the Admin will assist you.

If you find that you no longer want your VIP perks, or maybe you accidentally purchased the wrong one, please contact the Admin. If you purchased a lifetime VIP, we will refund you a prorated amount based on how long you’ve used it. If you purchased a monthly VIP, we will refund the entire amount as long as you havent used it for longer than 1 week.

PLEASE DO NOT FILE A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL!

Filing a dispute with PayPal that results in a chargeback WILL get you banned from ALL LazyRusters servers FOR LIFE!

If you purchase a lifetime VIP package, well frankly, it’s for LIFE! Either yours, or the servers, whichever comes first.

If you purchase a 30 day VIP, its good for 30 days from the day you claim it. Regardless of when the server wipes. If you purchase it 1 week before wipe, you will have that week, and 3 weeks into the next wipe. It does NOT follow the wipe schedule. 30 days is 30 days.

No, VIP benefits are non-transferable. With the exception of the PLATINUM level VIP. Platimum gets you VIP GOLD on ALL servers (current AND future) for LIFE!!
